Prices are always listed on all products, and TAX is "NOT" included in the price. We reserve the right to change the price of a product. Prices are listed on our webpage.
We work really hard to get your goodies to you in the quickest time possible. Normal delivery time is 6-10 business days in the U.S.and 10-20 business days for international shipping, unless otherwise indicated.
USPS delivers most packages. Some are manufactured overseas and is vendor ship. It will be listed under the description of the product. You can contact us for more information. SHIPPING COSTS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Terms of payments
Payment may be made with a credit card or Paypal. Paypal mediates payment online, with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read by anyone other than your bank. No extra charges for card payments.
If you have the wrong item delivered, please contact us by email or on Instagram. We always correct any wrong delivery and we will pay for the freight cost.
We cannot guarantee that all the items are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly.
Custom Fee Notice
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
I entered the wrong item/shipping address.
We’re really quick with processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible.
Once your order is being processed, there is nothing we can do to amend the items or the shipping address which was provided. If you have entered the incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided us with, as they will be the ones to receive your package. If this address does not exist, it will simply make it's way back to the warehouse, upon which receiving, we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address.
If you have entered any incorrect details for your order and it has already been fulfilled and processed from the warehouse, your order cannot be canceled after this point, as it is already well and truly on it's way to your destination. Once you receive your order, if you still require changes to be made to your order, you will need to contact us so that we may inform you with the next steps in order to return your item(s) for a replacement.
We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. KITTYGAINS also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
